Step 1: Open the window of sales ticket query, and query the sales ticket you want to void.
Step 2: Double click this sales ticket to open the sales
ticket view window.
Step 3: Click the 
button
for cancel this sales ticket. Then total money will into this customer's store
credit. If this customer's store credit is not existed, system will create
it.
