Why do some credit cards get declined? |

- a) By Default only Visa and Master card are accepted if you would like to accept any other credit card service you would need to call PPI or X charge
- b) By default, same customer's credit card is not allowed to be charged twice during the same day with the same dollar amount; this is for the safety of the customer. In order to change this feature you would need to contact PPI or X charge.

Why can't I see the complete daily balance? |

- a) Make sure you are logged in as Administrator, Employee accounts do not have access to this information they can only see what was made at their station during their logged in hours.
- b) Also make sure you do not have your transactions done outside of your business hours. Any transactions done before or after your business hours will not be counted.

My printer does not print anymore why? |

- a) Make sure the printer cables are connected. Loose cables will affect the performance of the printer
- b) Make sure the printer power is on
- c) Make sure there is enough paper left in the printer, the printer can detected if the paper is low and it will not function properly
- d) Make sure the printer is in the same port where it was installed, printer drivers can be very sensitive to change of ports.
- e) Also you can try to use another cable with that printer, sometimes cables can give out with age and use

My cash drawer doesn't open why? |

- a) Make sure that the cable is seated in properly, loose cables will not work properly.
- b) Make sure that the Cash Drawer is in the open position not locked, cash drawer cannot open if it is in the locked position
- c) Make sure the printer is on and working properly,the cash drawer gets the open signal from the printer

- a)The Avery Berkley scales require the cover on to zero the scale, if you lift the cover, the display will show an error message and will stop functioning until the cover is put back on.
- b) Also make sure that it is on a level surface
- Make sure all cables are connected properly and power is turned on, the scale will not functionproperly if not installed correctly.

How can I transfer my database from my old system to the new one? |

- a) If you are using MySql you can back up your data base on a CD, flash drive, external hard drive any media that holds data then restore to the new system, after this you must run the DBupgrade to bring the MySql data base up to date .
- b) If you are using Access data engine, run back up in R-Corp, then copy the data file to the data folder in your new system.

- a) This feature is for added security if you turn on the shift login option, the employee dose not need to be in the system out of work hours.

- b) Xcharge is another credit card service that we support please call us at 1866-521-3539
- c) You can also use PC Charge if for any reason that you can not use either PPI or X-Charge as your processor. However, using PC Charge requires you purchase a software Lic from PC Charge when using PPI and X-charge are free.

Where can I buy paper for my printers? |
