- Your establishment will make every effort to meet customers' needs with superb customer care service
- Your establishment will not compete unfairly against other fellow Uniforce Channel Partners.
- Your establishment will support Uniforce software licensing and upgrade policies
- Your establishment agree not to make undeliverable promises concerning any products and services
- Your establishment agree to sustain highest level of privacy when dealing with dealer privileged information
- Uniforce Technology is not related to your establishment, and will not be responsible for any of your own actions
- All software product sales are final and cannot be returned for any reason due to intellectual property concerns
- Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Uniforce Technology
- This partner agreement does not express any exclusive territory nor agency
- You agree that idleness or failure to keep Uniforce Technology informed of your latest contact information may result in termination of this agreement.
These are procedure that all of our channel partners must follow. Failure to comply with the above policies may result in termination of channel partner opportunity.
When the channel partner program is terminated, reseller fees, marketing materials, purchased software, and all other products and services are not refundable for any reason. However, we will let the purchased software which are not yet licensed to be registered for use by the end user. Additionally, all reseller benefits such as free technical support will stop right away when the dealership ends.
