The following application process involves completing three online forms, printing those forms and faxing all three to Uniforce Technology's New Accounts Department. The process typically takes about 15 minutes to complete. Click the links below to fill out electronic versions of the required forms (Solution Partner Credit Application and Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate). Make sure you complete all fields marked with a red cross. When finished, click "Print Form" at the bottom of the document. Incomplete fields will be flagged to ensure you complete the form in its entirety. For details see New Reseller Checklist.
Once you have completed and printed all the forms, simply sign the hard copies and fax all two forms to our New Accounts department at 626-582-8138. IMPORTANT! Please make sure you have all the necessary forms, that they are filled out completely and signed at the bottom before faxing to us. Allow 24 hours for approval to process application.
